Trout University adjunct professor Tom Rosenbauer has a podcast Fly Fishing High and Low Water Conditions. In this podcast Tom explains how to understand and how to fish the water conditions that are so frequently found in the spring of the year including high water and dirty water. As the year progresses, the waters are low and Tom address several points for those conditions.
A comprehensive list of the top 40 trout fishing streams in North Carolina was compiled by Alan Baker of the Rocky River Chapter of Trout Unlimited. The list is in alphabetical order and contains information about the fishing pressure, species, fishability, driving directions and more.
