Jerry and Steve are a father & son trout fishing team. We have fished together since Steve was a small child, and now we are working to teach the third generation the art of trout fishing. We feel that trout fishing offers some exceptional opportunities to enjoy the scenery that our God has created, to spend time together with family and friends, and to provide a way to relax and temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of modern society. Here is Steve teaching our third generation, his 8 year old daughter Emma and 3 year old son Drew.
Our experience has primarily centered on trout fishing in Southern Appalachia. However, our trips have included excursions to Alaska, California, Maine, and even a mid-winter pilgrimage to the Beaverkill in New York. We are now endeavoring to share our experience, leverage and condense the pertinent information on the internet, and network with other enthusiasts to provide a convenient internet destination for trout fishermen of all stripes.
Tom Sliker Director of Information Technology has the task of keeping us outdoor types busy at the keyboard and answering our repetitive questions. He has been and continues to be very patient with us. This is despite the fact that he has other endeavors such as Broadstreet Consulting.
