Troutu is pleased to welcome Dan Farnsworth to our staff of trout professors. Dan’s resume is quite impressive, having extensive trout fishing experience in Minnesota and North Carolina. His trout fishing qualifications, skills, and interests include the following:
Been a trout fisherman for 38 years. (That’s even longer than he has had his teeth.)
Guided fishermen to new locations utilizing many different techniques
Successfully caught and released over 50 trout in NC exceeding 18 inches in length
Catch and release trout fishing, conservation, and protection of our fisheries is of the utmost importance
Desires to teach the next generation of trout fishermen
Specializes in remote fishing and winter fishing
Extreme passion for trout fishing
